Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing the TrackerPro Empire City Dashboard ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Access is granted solely to authorized employees and agents of Empire City Agency and Swiss Commerce BW LLC.
2. Authorized Use Only
The App is a private, internal tool. You may only use it if your Google account has been explicitly authorized by an administrator. Sharing access credentials, attempting to bypass authentication, or using the App for any purpose outside of your employment duties is prohibited.
3. Read-Only Access
The App provides read-only access to transaction data. You may not use the App to attempt to modify, delete, or export transaction records in bulk for unauthorized purposes. Data displayed in the App is confidential business information.
4. Confidentiality
Transaction records, party information, and all data accessible through the App are confidential. You agree not to share, publish, or disclose this information to any unauthorized person or entity. This obligation continues after your access is revoked.
5. No Warranties
The App is provided "as is" for internal operational use. Swiss Commerce BW LLC makes no warranties regarding uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The App reflects data from the TrackerPro database and is subject to the accuracy of that source.
6. Termination
Access may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of the administrator. Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of the App.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
