1. Overview
TrackerPro Empire City Dashboard ("the App") is a private, internal web application operated by Swiss Commerce BW LLC for Empire City Agency staff. It provides read-only access to real estate transaction data stored in the TrackerPro database.
2. Data We Access
When you sign in with Google, we request the following scopes:
- openid — to verify your identity
- profile — your name and profile picture (displayed in the app sidebar)
- email — your Google email address, used to verify you are an authorized user
We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, calendar, or any other Google service.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Your email address is checked against an allowlist of authorized users. Access is denied if your email is not on the list.
- Your name and email are displayed in the app for session context only.
- We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal information to third parties.
- We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
4. Session Storage
Authentication sessions are managed via secure, server-side cookies using NextAuth.js. Sessions expire when you sign out or when the cookie expires. No personal data is stored in a database — only a transient server-side session token.
5. Transaction Data
The App displays real estate transaction records from the TrackerPro database. This data is used solely for internal business operations and is never shared externally. The App is read-only — no data can be created, modified, or deleted through this interface.
6. Security
All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Access is restricted to a named allowlist of Google accounts. The app is deployed on a private server with no public registration.
